In which countries do you deliver?
We deliver in the Netherlands and Belgium.
What are the shipping costs?
We deliver all our products FREE to the Netherlands and Belgium.
Note: if you want to exchange a product, you do pay shipping costs for the replacement product.
What does the delivery process look like?
POSTNL offers twice your order to the delivery address.A confirmation will be signed upon receipt. If POSTNL has not been able to deliver your order twice, the product will be brought to a service point in your area. You can then pick up your order there.
How fast do you deliver?
Do you also deliver on weekends?
Yes, we also deliver on weekends. Please note: for a delivery on Sunday you pay a surcharge. Delivery on Saturday is free.
Do I get a track&trace number?
As soon as you have received confirmation, you will receive a track&trace with which you can follow the order.
What are the delivery times?
POSTNL delivers between 08.00 and 18.00.
Can I agree an exact delivery time?
Yes that is possible. At checkout you can choose from different dates and times.
Can I pick up my order too?
Can I exchange my order?
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of the withdrawal by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. in writing, by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the return form for cancellation (PDF), but you are not obliged to do so.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of the revocation: If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments that you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) immediately and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
If you only return part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will refund you with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, no fees will be charged for such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you have notified us of the decision to withdraw from the agreement. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are for your account.

You are only liable for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Please note: you will only receive a full refund if the product is in its original and undamaged condition. The packaging may be opened, but the product must be in its original condition as much as possible.
You can print a return label for free via our return portal. You can use a regular A4 printer for this. To do so, click on Shipping.
Unfortunately, there are no free returns for customers in Belgium.
Can I exchange my order?
Yes, it is possible to exchange.
Do you want to exchange the product for something else? Mail us and indicate for which product and color you want to exchange it. As soon as we have received your email, we will send you the replacement product.
Is it possible to cancel my order?
Unfortunately this is not yet possible. We are working on a solution to make this possible in the future. You can of course return the product after receipt..
Are there any costs for the return?
If you return a product, you do not have to pay any return costs. Please note: if you want to exchange a product, you will pay shipping costs for the replacement product.
When will I get my purchase amount back?
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
