Bezorging
What are the shipping costs?
We deliver all our products FREE to the Netherlands and Belgium.

Please note: if you want to exchange a product, you will pay shipping costs for the replacement product.

What are your delivery times?
If you order on working days before 4 p.m., you will receive your order the next day. Do you order after 4 pm? Then there is a working day in between.
What does the delivery process look like?
You will receive a confirmation email from us as soon as your order is ready for shipment in our factory.

 

POSTNL offers your order twice to the delivery address. Upon receipt, a signature is made for receipt. If POSTNL has not been able to deliver your order twice, the product will be brought to a service point in your area. You can then pick up your order there.

In which countries do you deliver?
We currently deliver in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Do you also deliver on weekends?
Yes, we also deliver on weekends. Please note: for a delivery on Sunday you pay a surcharge. Delivery on Saturday is free.
Do I get a track&trace number?
As soon as you have received confirmation, you will receive a track&trace with which you can follow the order.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
The moment we confirm the delivery address provided by you, your order can only be delivered to that address.
What are the delivery times?
POSTNL delivers between 08.00 and 18.00. For evening deliveries you pay a surcharge. At checkout you can see exactly how much this is.
Can I agree an exact delivery time?
Yes that is possible. At checkout you can choose from different dates and times.
Can I pick up my order too?
Yes, we are located in Eindhoven and open from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:00. Always make an appointment before you come by to pick up something, or to view products in our showroom.
Payment
In what ways can I pay at sit&joy?
iDEAL

It is possible to pay with iDEAL. You can arrange your purchase directly through your own bank. You pay quickly and reliably in the environment of the bank’s website.

Do you phone? Then it is possible to use iDEAL directly. Registration is therefore not necessary.

 

Credit Card

You can pay with a credit card, the transaction of which takes place in a secure environment. We accept MasterCard, Visa and Maestro.

 

Bancontact/Mister Cash

Bancontact/Mister Cash is a payment option that is used in Belgium. You pay quickly via an online banking transaction that has a secure connection.

 

Sofort

Pay with Sofort? Which can. Sofort is mainly used in Belgium, Germany, Switzerland and Austria. With Sofort you complete a purchase via a secure connection.

 

PayPal

You can pay in our webshop via PayPal. Log in to PayPal to take further steps.

 

Afterpay

Pay after receiving your order, only for the items you keep. You pay afterwards of course!

Return
Is it possible to cancel my order?
Unfortunately this is not yet possible. We are working on a solution to make this possible in the future. Of course you can return the product after receipt.
Can I return my order?
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 30 days without stating reasons. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the good.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of the withdrawal by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, in writing, by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the return form for cancellation (PDF), but you are not obliged to do so.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of the revocation. If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs as a result of your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement, from us.

If you only return part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will refund you with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, no fees will be charged for such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you have notified us of the decision to withdraw from the agreement. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are for your account.

You are only liable for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Please note: you will only receive a full refund if the product is in its original and undamaged condition. The packaging may be opened, but the product must be in its original condition as much as possible.

You can print a return label for free via our return portal. You can use a regular A4 printer for this. To do so, click on Shipping

Can I exchange my order?
Yes, it is possible to exchange.

 

Do you want to exchange the product for something else? Mail us and indicate for which product and color you want to exchange it. As soon as we have received your , we will send you the replacement product.

Can I use a pick-up service?
To be able to use a pick-up service, we ask you to first notify us via info@sitandjoy.nl.

We then plan a pickup at PostNL to collect the package.
Are there any costs for the return?
If you return a product, you do not have to pay any return costs. Please note: if you want to exchange a product, you will pay shipping costs for the replacement product.

Warranty
Do I have a warranty on my ordered product(s)?
The legal guarantee applies to all items that you buy from us. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it.

 

You have a one-year manufacturer’s warranty from your purchase. This warranty does not affect the legal warranty.

What is excluded from warranty?
You have no warranty on wear and tear due to use.
Products
What kind of filling do the bean bags have?
We have filled all our beanbags with FlexiPearl. These are EPS granules (polystyrene), which we have developed especially for our beanbags. Unlike many other fillings, FlexiPearl is not recycled.
Can I buy FlexiPearl?
Yes, of course. Order the Flexipearl in our webshop.
What are the dimensions of the boxes?
We use different box sizes. The dimensions vary per product.
Usage & cleaning
Can my sit&joy product be washed in the washing machine?
No that is not possible. It is best to clean the beanbag with a damp cloth
Can the inner cover also be washed in the washing machine?
No, that is not possible because the FlexiPearl will then be distributed everywhere. It is possible to remove stains with a damp cloth.
When should I replace the FlexiPearl?
That depends on how often you use the beanbag. With average use, this is about eight months. But of course this also depends on your preference. Some even find it nicer that the beanbag has less filling and even remove some FlexiPearl from the beanbag
Can my sit&joy also be used outside?
Yes, all our beanbags can be used outdoors. We even have a special outdoor line.
Are the sit&joy beanbags also suitable for pets?
Yes, we have a special pets line for this.
